  Hike Lovers' Loop & Wildflowers

Come join friends for a beautiful hike in the Santa Ynez Mountains and lunch at Hook'd on Lake Cachuma!

Lover's Loop is a lovely four-mile hike that takes you through miles of lovely grass and oak-covered hillsides to views out over the lower valley, Grass Mountain, Zaca Peak and Figueroa Mountain.  It is considered a moderate hike and takes about 2 hours.  There are two stream crossings – water should be low in July. Bring water and poles if you need them.  After the hike we will meet up at Hook'd - for a casual lunch looking over Lake Cachuma.  We will meet in the parking lot below Macy's at 9:00 and carpool or meet at Trailhead.  Directions to Trailhead will be sent with confirmation.
